Summerlove vs Akon

After 1,5 year it looks like our copyright case against US superstar Akon is almost solved. All writers from our song “Remember / Summerlove” already signed the contracts and Akon (together with producer / co-writer from their song “Right now”, Giorgio Tuinfort) are about to sign it too.

When this is done we are official co-writers of Akon’s worldwide hit “Right Now” and hereby it’s also proven Akon “used” our song to write Right now.

We are satisfied with this deal, ofcourse in a way we still feel the song is a 100% cover of our song but to save us from long long court cases and many thousands of dollars on lawyer fee’s we decided to accept this deal and lay it to rest.

At this moment different international producers are working on remixes of our original version, so hopefully these will also be released soon!

New Single

The new Summerlove single is released!

It is called "Summerlove part 2" and it has got the same summer sound as "Remember (nanahey)"!

The single is released in Holland first (DigiDance) and we hope it will soon be around the world as well!

Obviously you can still book the Summerlove Act with a half hour of famous dance hits.

Summerlove on Tour

The Summerlove live-act is flying all over the world to do swinging concerts Already there were shows in countries like Portugal, Spain, Rumania and the Netherlands and more shows are already scheduled. (check our photo page !) The live-act is 30 minutes of dancing, singing and partying with our singer Stevie and 2 sexy dancers.

There is also the possibility to book the Summerlove DJ act, where the 2 producers from Summerlove play there hits in combination with the lastest club hits. In Rumenia we started with the combination of one of the DJ’s and the singer (expandable with our dancers). This is a party-guarantee!

The producers of Summerlove have started working on a new single. This song will be released before the summer of 2005. Ofcourse together with a smashing videoclip. For now this is all they want to say about this new hit !
